Shipping / Order Processing Information
Orders for in stock items will be processed within 5 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM US PST (US Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note that delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.
Any challenges with payment processing may delay order shipment. Once the order is processed and leaves the shipping facility, delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier schedule.
Please note that when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimate.
Backordered or advanced sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backordered item is shipped once it is in stock – you will be notified of the status of your item via email. Expected ship date for advance purchase product is indicated on the product detail page. Any changes to the delivery date will be communicated in advance.
Please contact us before mailing products back at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shhipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date that you received your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product excluding Import Duties and Taxes if they applied. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and cannot be exchanged.
All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on daniellatello.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
